: When the vehicle is in the 'mounting position' a red flashing light will appear on the instrument cluster. This indicates that the parking brake actuator is in the 'mounting position'. It does not indicate a vehicle fault.

: Do not work on or under a vehicle supported only by a jack. Always support the vehicle on safety stands.

: The direction of rotation must always be forward.

: If the effort required is less than 40 Nm (30 lb.ft) tighten the adjuster by one click at a time.

: The direction of rotation must always be forward.

: The effort required to rotate the disc must be less than 90 Nm (66 lb.ft).

: The parking brake adjuster must be rotated back EXACTLY 8 clicks. Failure to follow this instruction may result in damage to the parking brake system.
